Description: Start in St. Martin - ca. 1.1 km on a bike path next to the main road - after 3.5 km turn right – then follow the paved road for ca. 100 m – continue on the gravel road – at the end in Nasenrotte, turn right – short downhill section until you come to a forestry road - at KM 5.4, turn-off for the Sittler variant (1.0 km to the right, last section is very steep and narrow) – continue left through several hairpin bends leading to the Harmlalm – before you get there, make a right, climbing steeply to the Schwarzeneggalm – return along the same route.

Description: Start in St. Martin – head left – electrical transformer near Grossfilz - at KM 2.8 branch right, taking you around the Österreichberg - crossing, make a right at KM 7.1 – end of loop – Halmgut cafe (KM 9.0) - downhill, under the autobahn to the Fritzbach, then left – under the autobahn and then left, steep climb – in Ellmau (KM 16.5) start of a gravel road – highest point is reached at KM 19.6 – now downhill, gentle at first, then increasing – through a series of hairpin bends back to the main road – take a right in the direction of St. Martin.

Description: Start in St. Martin – on the road to Lungötz – turn left (Lungötzer Hof) – alongside the River Lammer - at KM 5.4 make a left – at the trail fork at KM 8.1 left – at the next fork, right – turn-off for the Vorderschöberlalm variant at KM 10.4 (3.7 km variant up to 1390 m above sea level, then drops gently; along this variant, at KM 2.4 the Karalm variant also branches off (700 m) – downhill to the turn-off for the Buttermilchalm variant (0.7 km) – then continue downhill to the main road – make a right and return to St. Martin.
